---- — The Batesville Middle School One to One Student Committee assisted administrators with ways to share information to the students regarding their new computers and plans for distribution and training during the first week of school in August, reports Jackie Huber, Batesville Community School Corp. director of instructional technology curriculum.
MacBook Air computers will be used in the classroom as students access classroom resources, communicate with teachers, take notes, create digital assignments and research.
According to Huber, “The technology vision for the Batesville Community School Corp. is to provide today’s students with the skills and tools for tomorrow’s success.
“The laptops in the hands of the students will open up many learning opportunities, most importantly having access to a world of resources at their fingertips.”
