St. Louis eighth falls to Milan

The St. Louis eighth grade boys basketball team suffered a 36-14 loss to Milan. The Cardinals trailed by two points at the end of the first quarter, but were outscored 25-5 the rest of the way.

Kyle Siefert, Baird Tuveson and Stuart Lamping led the offense. Jack Kellerman and Chandler Meyers set the tempo defensively.

First round loss

The Cardinals were defeated by St. Michael’s 36-26 in the first round of the OA tournament.It was a six point game at halftime before St. Michael’s pulled away.

Lamping led the team with eighth points followed by Meyers with five. Will Harmeyer and Kellerman added four points apiece.
