The Batesville High School baseball team dropped a pair of games on the road Saturday at Harrison.
The Bulldogs lost the opening game of the doubleheader by a score of 11-7 and the second 7-3.
Batesville recorded 10 hits in the game-one loss. Will Ollier and Bryan Hoeing each had three to lead the way. Hoeing also scored a team-high three times. Noah Gausman added a pair of hits.
Gausman led the team offensively in game two with two hits and two runs scored. As a team, Batesville finished with seven hits.

The Batesville junior varsity squad split two with Harrison.
The Bulldogs banged out 13 hits and scored 11 runs in a two-run victory.
Ben Wilson was 4-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored to lead BHS at the plate. Tyler Folkman was also instrumental in the victory with four hits in five plate appearances. Folkman and Jacob Wilson each drove in three runs.
Wyatt Schebler and Folkman split the pitching duties. Folkman was credited with the victory.
The BHS loss was by a 5-4 decision.
Austin Prickel had three hits from his lead-off position. Ben Wilson was second on the team with two hits.
Ben Wilson turned in a solid effort on the mound. He gave up six hits and struck out five.
