Earl Klosterkemper, 79

Earl Klosterkemper, 79, Fort Myers, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014, at his home.

The son of the late August and Leona (Redelman) Klosterkemper was born June 22, 1934, in Millhousen. 

The Napoleon High School graduate was a proud member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 481 union, serving over 50 years. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, American Legion, Eagles, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Moose lodges.

He leaves behind the love of his life, Carolyn (Ryle) Klosterkemper, with whom he spent 57 wonderful years. He is also survived by daughters Vicky Beever, Columbus, Ohio, Becky (Rick) Parker, Greensburg, Judy (Chris) McHugh, Newbury Park, Calif., and Deanna (Jason) Zwyers, Warrenton, Mo.; grandchildren Sean and Zachary Beever, Amanda Parker, Corey Wagner, Connor and Caitlan McHugh, Thaddeus and Tyler Hellmich and Eliza (Hellmich) Arnold; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by son-in-law David Beever and granddaughter Chessa McHugh.

A funeral Mass will be Monday, March 3, at 11 a.m. at St. Columbkille Catholic Church, Fort Myers. Memorials may be given to the church's building fund. Lee County Cremation Services there assisted the family.
