— Rosemary (Dove) Brown, 84, Batesville, died Monday, April 8, 2013, while a patient in the Vitas Hospice facilities at Drake Hospital, Cincinnati.  

She was born in Jasonville to Laura and Noah Dove and was married June 8, 1946, to Hubert Doyle Brown, who preceded her in death 28 years ago on April 9, 1985.  He was pastor of the Bramwell  (W.Va.) Wesleyan Church, where she maintained her membership until her death.  

Her son, Marcus, died in infancy, but she is survived by her daughter, Norma Kay Brown Dean, and her son-in-law, Russell Dean, Cincinnati; and her granddaughters,  Dr. Susan Zimmerman, Salt Lake City, and Julie Hendrickson, Florence, Ky. She also has two great-grandsons, Steven and Jack Hendrickson, Florence, Ky.

Mrs. Brown’s remains will be cremated and buried beside her husband in Terre Haute at a graveside service at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at Bethesda Cemetery on Thorpe Road North, West Terre Haute. Craver-Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory, Milford, Ohio, is assisting the family.
