Audrey M. Czerniak, 62, Sunman, died Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at home.

Born May 11, 1946, in Milwaukee, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy (Kranz) Kullmann. She married Michael Czerniak Feb. 20, 1965, in Milwaukee, and he survives.

She and her husband owned M.S.&J., Inc., Sunman. The flower gardener enjoyed traveling around the U.S., Mexico and Italy. She also liked jewelry and spending time with her two dogs, Buddy and Tigger.

Survivors also include one daughter: Jenni Wilhelm, West Harrison; two sons: Jim Czerniak, Batesville, and Scott Czerniak, Dayton, Ohio; two sisters: Joan Wentlandt, Jackson, Wis., and Lois Baaske, West Allis, Wis.; and eight grandchildren.

Visitation is at Weigel Funeral Home Thursday, May 15, from 4 to 7 p.m. followed by the funeral officiated by the Rev. Dennis Wenholz.

There will also be a visitation Saturday, May 17, from 10 a.m. to noon followed by services officiated by the Rev. David Kuehl at Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery Family Center, Milwaukee. Burial will be there. Memorials may be made to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.
