It is hard to believe a race could be so close.

John Kellerman II, the Democratic incumbent city judge, won by a scant two votes out of 1,910 cast in that race against Kristen Weiler.

The winner said he was grateful he had a “good opponent who kept things positive.” The victory told Kellerman “citizens have seen fit to endorse what I’ve been doing for the past four years and I will try to continue to meet their expectations.”
