Hotline reaches milestone

Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology’s Homework Hotline has surpassed a major milestone – 500,000 math and science tutoring sessions with middle and high school students across the state. This total represents combined calls, online chats and e-mail sessions with tutors since the hotline’s 1991 opening.

The hotline is a free math and science tutoring service for students in grades 6-12. Phone lines, e-mail and online chats are available Sunday through Thursday from 7-10 p.m. September through May.

Tutors are Rose-Hulman students who provide free help with homework problems to students who call 877-275-7673 or submit questions by e-mail or online chat at www.AskRose.org.
