Police believe Holzer obtained his substances from suppliers in Indianapolis. They believe a criminal associate of Holzer’s has been distributing LSD and ecstasy in Franklin County.
The press release states the investigation is ongoing.
A message was left seeking comment at the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office Thursday afternoon.
Holzer had yet to appear in court by Daily News press time Thursday. He remained incarcerated in the Decatur County Jail without bond.
Due to two previous drug convictions, a Habitual Substance Offender Enhancement was added to the suspect’s charges.
Holzer was convicted of arson in 2001, theft and receiving stolen property in 2003, and driving while suspended and resisting law enforcement in 2012, according to the Indiana Department of Correction.
