Three less serious issues were discovered at Pizza King, Batesville; 52 Pik-up, El Reparo and Parkside Marine, Brookville. Four Brookville businesses each had two noncritical problems: China House, Country Mark, McDonald's and Pavey's Phillips 66.
Six spots had one noncritical issue each: The Pearl Street Pub and Wagner's Village Inn, Oldenburg; Laurel Cafe; Arby's, Save-A-Lot and Subway, Brookville.
Thirty-nine percent of those inspected had zero violations, less than the 64 percent in 2013's second quarter. On the food safety honor roll are Dotty's Bulk Food Basket, Fresh & Lite Smoothie Cafe, Hampton Inn and Shopko, Batesville; Fireside Inn, Enochsburg; Pizza King, Metamora; Haspin Acres and Pizza Station, Laurel; Alco, Brookville Lanes, CVS, Family Dollar, Lakeside Exxon, Rosenberger's Main Meat Market and Snow Shack, Brookville; Beebe Marathon and Cedar Grove Tavern, Cedar Grove.
Two Metamora bed-and-breakfasts also had no problems at all, the Hospitality House and Metamora Inn.
