• Lanier Mansion State Historic Site, 601 W. First St., Madison, offers festive activities Saturday, March 23, from noon-1:30 p.m. Children ages 3-8 can hunt for Easter eggs on the grounds and enjoy stories, crafts, face painting, historic games and visits with the Easter Bunny. • Children can meet the Easter Bunny and hunt for a golden egg during the 13th annual running of the Easter Bunny Express Saturday, March 30. The train departs from the nonprofit Whitewater Valley Railroad’s Grand Central Station, 455 Market St., Connersville, and makes four round trips south to a patch two miles away at 10 a.m., noon, 2:30 and 4:15 p.m. The hunt is open to kids 8 and under who need to bring baskets.
