The Batesville police have made another arrest in connection with a drug search warrant executed on E. Hillenbrand Avenue March 21, reports Chief Stan Holt.
Ashley Gorsuch, 26, Batesville, turned herself in to authorities April 2 after a warrant was issued for her arrest on charges of unlawful possession of a syringe, a Class D felony.
The charges were filed by Ripley County prosecutor Ric Hertel following an investigation conducted by Batesville officers.
Gorsuch was previously arrested Sept. 5, 2012, on two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug, Class A felonies. She bonded out of the Ripley County Jail Sept. 14 after posting a $4,050 bond.
She is incarcerated at the Ripley County Jail under a $2,050 bond.
