Barada to open law office

Paul W. Barada Jr. recently announced that he has left his former partnership of Worth and Barada LLP., in favor of his new venture called Barada Law Offices LLC.

Of the decision to leave his former partnership, Barada said, “I can’t thank John (Worth) enough for three great years. This was a tough decision, but ultimately I felt like this was going to be the best for everyone involved in the long run.”

Barada plans to focus his practice on criminal defense, family law and general litigation. His new offices are located in the recently renovated 201 Building in downtown Rushville.

Accompanying Barada in his new venture will be associate attorney Grant Reeves. Reeves, originally from Rushville, had also been an associate at Worth and Barada. Though he practices in many areas, Reeves’ primary legal interests include municipal law, business law and complex litigation support.

Rose Hoeing, also of Rushville, has begun work as a legal assistant with Barada.

“I’m very excited to open this newest chapter of my practice,” Barada said. “While I have changed addresses, my commitment remains to Rush County and to all of my clients.”
