-- — Chuck Runyon, Anytime Fitness chief executive officer, has written a new book called “Working Out Sucks.”

The book is the centerpiece of of a nationwide campaign to deprogram people who have been brainwashed by unhealthy habits, destructive attitudes and misinformation about health, according to Runyon.

All proceeds from the book will be donated to Limbs for Life, a charitable organization that provides prostheses to amputees.

To kick off the campaign, Jared King, Anytime Fitness, Greensburg, manager, says he will provide a special offer to anyone who joins the club by the end of February. It includes free enrollment and two free personal training sessions.
