Brinkmoeller inducted into Hall of Fame

The Indiana Restaurant and Lodging Association recently inducted George Brinkmoeller, Batesville, into its hall of fame.

He represented the interests of the smaller hotel properties in Indiana. Even though being in charge of the Sherman House operation was just one of his many duties with Hillenbrand Industries, his love for the hospitality industry allowed him to serve as an InRLA volunteer for many years.

The InRLA 2013 Gala celebrated the achievements of leaders and innovators in the state’s restaurant and lodging industry.

The awards honored leaders and innovators in the state’s restaurant and lodging industry. Five awards were presented for culinarian, restauranteur, select service hotelier, full service hotelier and partners of the year.

Brinkmoeller was one of six hall of fame inductees, individuals who have left their marks with long-standing careers and service in the industry and contributions to their communities.
