---- — Brittany Hall has joined The Dance Studio faculty as a hip-hop instructor, reports studio director Lydia Woodward.
Hall said, “I am so happy for this opportunity. Hip-hop has always been one of my passions, and I’m so excited to pass it along!” Woodward noted, “Brittany has a lot of experience, and we’re so glad she’s joining our studio. She also has a local connection in that her sister, Ashley Boyce, is a teacher at Batesville Primary School.”
Hall began dancing at the age of 7 at Joy Johnson’s Dance and Gymnastics, Owensboro, Ky. She then became a member of the Owensboro Dance Theatre Apprentice Co. A dance team member in middle and high schools, Hall continued to dance for Northern Kentucky University.
She was a Universal Dance Association All-Star from 2006-08 for pom and hip-hop.
Additionally, the athlete has choreographed for numerous dance teams in Kentucky that have won regional and state titles. Hall is currently the dance team coach at Campbell County Middle School, Alexandria, Ky.
Located in downtown Batesville, The Dance Studio also offers ballet, modern, jazz, musical theater, tap and adult classes.
