To receive holiday gifts, a Ripley County person or family in need may complete an Angels of Giving application by Nov. 15 at the Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service office, 8 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. weekdays, Osgood fairgrounds. East Indiana Area Health Education Center, Batesville, will offer up to nine $1,000 grants to support the health work force in the nonprofit’s 14-county service area, which includes Ripley and Franklin.
