The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce Holiday Parade is Nov. 23, 1 p.m., downtown. Food and craft booths and entertainment, 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Visits with Santa and raffle drawings after the parade. Info: 934-3101 or http://batesvillein.com.

November Noel, sponsored by the Brookville/Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, is Nov. 23, 1-5 p.m., Franklin County Courthouse lawn, Brookville. Carriage rides, photos with Santa, a United Way of Franklin County Coat Drive, reindeer, food, music and games.

A Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is Nov. 23, 6:30 p.m., gazebo near the Whitewater Canal State Historic Site, Metamora. Carols, stories, refreshments.

The Daughters of Isabella will have their Christmas dinner Monday, Dec. 2, 6 p.m., Batesville Knights of Columbus hall. Cost: $12. RSVPs and payments due by Nov. 23: Bernie Meyer, 934-3659. Bring food pantry donations.

Sunday, Nov. 24

The Sunman Area Life Squad whole hog sausage/pancake breakfast is Nov. 24, 7 a.m.-1 p.m., Sunman Elementary School. Freewill donation. Sausage links, patties and bulk will also be available for sale. Info: 812-6

A Christmas Craft Fair will be held Nov. 24, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Milan High School.

The Dance Studio winter concert, “In the Holiday Spirit,” is Nov. 24, 2 p.m., Batesville High School auditorium.

Monday, Nov. 25

United Families will meet Nov. 25, 6:30-8:30 p.m., Community Mental Health Center’s Intensive Youth Services office, 215 E. George St. Dinner and child care provided.

Tuesday, Nov. 26

On Nov. 26, the Greensburg-Decatur County Public Library will have a board meeting, 4 p.m. Info: 812-663-2826.

A Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana distribution is Nov. 26, 4-6 p.m., parking lot behind the Schilling Center, Brookville.

Wednesday, Nov. 27

The Batesville food pantry will be closed Nov. 27, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.

Batesville Toastmasters will meet Nov. 27, 5:30 p.m., Community Church of Batesville, 103 E. George St. (old Taff Furniture building). Info: 934-3462.

A stillboard and trap shoot will be held Nov. 27, 5:30 p.m., Tri County Coonhunters. Meet and money shoots.
