Card Party

The St. Anne’s Ladies Sodality card party is  March 13, 1-4:30 p.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church, Morris, lower hall.

College Fair

A regional college fair will be held  March 13, 6:30 - 8 p.m., East Central High School field house. The free event will feature over 70 representatives of TriState colleges and universities, area trade and technical schools, U.S. armed forces and local apprenticeships and businesses.

Thursday, March 14

Forever Fabulous

CBS news anchor Cammy Dierking will speak at Margaret Mary Community Hospital’s Forever Fabulous event March 14, 6:30 p.m., Batesville High School. The cost is $15. Info and to register: www.mmch.org or 933-5257.

Lions Club

Batesville Lions Club will meet March 14, 6:30 p.m., Sherman House. Guest speaker will be Doug Bessler, who will talk about the restaurant’s ghost. Guests welcome. RSVP: Ted Hartshorn, 934-2636.

OFC Program

St. Martin’s Church, Yorkville, will have a fish fry March 15, 4:30-7 p.m.

St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross, Bright, will have a fish fry March 15, 4:30-7:30 p.m., parish community center. Carryouts available. Cost: adults, $8; children, $4; under 3, free.

“Guys and Dolls”

The East Central High School drama and chorus departments will present “Guys and Dolls” March 15-16, 7:30 p.m.; and March 17, 3 p.m., performing arts center. Cost: adults, $7; students and senior citizens, $5; children under 5, free.

Saturday, March 16

Craft Show

The ACT for Christ Youth Ministry from St. John the Baptist, St. Paul, St. Joseph and St. Martin’s parishes will host a spring craft show March 16, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., St. John’s, Dover.

“Wreck-It Ralph”

Popcorn and drinks will be served for the screening of “Wreck-It Ralph,” rated PG, March 16, noon-1:50 p.m., Tyson Library, Versailles. To RSVP: 812-689-5894.

Chicken Dinner

A chicken dinner will be held March 16, 5-8 p.m., Batesville Knights of Columbus hall. Cost: adults, $10; ages 8 and under, $6. Carryouts available. Proceeds go to St. Anthony’s Haiti Mission.
