Card Party

The St. Anne’s Ladies Sodality is sponsoring a card party  Sept. 12, 1-4:30 p.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church, Morris, lower hall.

Ladies’ Auxiliary

The Batesville Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3183 Ladies’ Auxiliary will meet Sept. 13, 7 p.m., post home. Info: Patti Weberding, 934-3644.

 

Tuesday, Sept. 25

Support Group

A support group for individuals and/or family members to receive mutual support, education, advocacy and service regarding mental health issues meets the last Tuesday of the month, including Sept. 25, 7-8:30 p.m., Decatur County Memorial Hospital, Greensburg, OB conference room. Scrapbooking

The Sassy Scrappers scrapbooking group for ladies 12 and older meets the first and third Tuesdays of each month, including Oct. 2, 6 p.m., Church on the Rock. Participants should bring their own supplies. RSVP: 934-3154.

Senior Club

La Leche League

Masonic Meeting

Batesville Free and Accepted Masonic Lodge 668 will hold its monthly meeting Oct. 4, 7 p.m.

Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest is Oct. 5-6, St. Joseph American Legion Post 464, St. Leon. Friday, 5-8 p.m., fish fry, karaoke; Saturday, 4 p.m., chicken dinners; 5:30 p.m., grilled pork chop dinners; 6:45 p.m., pie auction; both days, games, food, music. All proceeds go to fund American Legion programs and community activities.

 

Saturday, Oct. 6

Masonic Breakfast

Batesville Masonic Lodge 668 will serve a monthly all-you-can-eat breakfast Oct. 6, 6-10 a.m. Minimum donation: adults, $5; children 6-12, $3; under 6, free. Takeout orders: 934-3144.
