A Versailles State Park outdoors and nature book and equipment sale is May 17, 8 a.m.-4 p.m., park entrance. This fundraiser supports Friends of Versailles State Park projects. Info: 812-689-7431 or vsparkfriends@gmail.com.

A run/walk planned by Batesville High School senior Kiersten Morris is May 17, 9 a.m., Batesville Middle School track. Proceeds will be used for her Girl Scout Gold Award project to aid the Youth Encouragement Services Home, Manchester. Registration at $15 will begin at 8:30 a.m. Info: 812-560-3769.

The AIM Young Professionals of Dearborn County 5K Run/Walk is May 17, 9 a.m., Ohio River levee clock, Ivy Tech Community College, 50 Walnut St., Lawrenceburg. Registration fees are $25 for ages 14 and up and and $10 for younger kids. To register: www.runningtime.net.

A pet vaccination clinic sponsored by Tri-County Veterinary Clinic and PAAIN is May 17, 9-11 a.m., Liberty Park Shelter No. 1. Vaccines: rabies one-year, $9; rabies three-year, $14; DHLPPC (protects against canine distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvovirus, parainfluenza and corona virus), $21. Wormer: $15. Persons who donate one can of dog food receive a $1 discount. Cash and checks accepted.
