The Greensburg-Decatur County Public Library board meeting is April 29, 4 p.m.

The National Day of Prayer, sponsored by the city of Batesville; Kiwanis, Lions and Rotary clubs; and Southeastern Indiana YMCA is May 1. Prayer breakfast, 7-8 a.m., Sherman House. Cost: $8. RSVP: 212-6177. Prayer service, noon-12:30 p.m., downtown gazebo.

The St. John’s Lutheran Church, Napoleon, coffee social is May 1, 4:30 p.m. Cost: adults, $9; ages 14 and up, $5; ages 13 and under, free with adult meal. Carryouts available.

A rummage sale and youth bake sale will be held May 1-2, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., St. Mark Lutheran Church. Partial proceeds will go to the Batesville food pantry, Safe Passage and Edelweiss House.

Friday, May 2

The Ripley County Mobile Food Pantry will give away food for the needy May 2, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Ripley County Fairgrounds Building 16C, Osgood.
