Big Oaks Open House

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is beginning to develop a plan that will guide management of Big Oaks National Wildlife Refuge. “Hard  Times” Music

“Tunes Through Time: Hard  Times”  is  April 9, 6:30-8 p.m.,  Brookville Library.

Solo Card Party

The Knights of St. John, Batesville, solo card party is April 9, 7:30 p.m.

Card Party

The St. Anne’s Ladies Sodality card party is  April 10, 1-4:30 p.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church, Morris, lower hall.

Sports Physicals

Sports physicals will be offered by Margaret Mary Community Hospital and its physicians to Batesville High School athletes April 10, 5-7 p.m., MMCH Outpatient Clinic on The Hansen Center’s second floor. The cost is $20.

Used Book Sale

The Tyson Library used book sale is April 10, from 5-8 p.m.; April 11, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.; April 12, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; and April 13, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., 325 W. Tyson St., Versailles. The sale may also include audiobooks and movies.

Sports Physicals

Sports physicals will be offered by Margaret Mary Community Hospital and its physicians to Batesville Middle School, Oldenburg Academy and St. Louis athletes April 11, 5-7 p.m., MMCH Outpatient Clinic on The Hansen Center’s second floor. The cost is $20.

Take Back the Night

Take Back the Night, a free dinner program of Community Mental Health Center  Direc-tions! Support and Advocacy Services, is April 11, 5:30 p.m., Dearborn Adult Center, 311 Tate St., Lawrence-burg. Inspirational messages from rape and sexual assault survivors and information on strategies to use when confronted by predators.

OFC Program
