Relay for Life Team Captain Meeting

A Relay for Life of Ripley County team captain meeting will be held Feb. 27, 6 p.m., Batesville Memorial Public Library.

Republican Women

Run-n-Gun Early Registration

The South Dearborn Community Scholarship Foundation and McDonald’s of Lawrenceburg are hosting a Run-n-Gun 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament March 17-18, South Dearborn High School gym. Registration forms are available at www.sdcsc.k12.in.us by following the Dollars for Scholars link. Info: Debbie Busching, 812-584-8868. Early registration closes Feb. 28, but late registrations will be accepted until March 6.

Gov. Mitch Daniels will discuss his book “Keeping the Republic: Saving America by Trusting Americans” Wednesday, Feb. 29, at 2 p.m. at the Brookville Library.

“Reds Opening Day”

Greg Rhoads, Cincinnati Reds historian, will hold a free class, “Reds Opening Day,” March 1, 5 p.m., Batesville Memorial Public Library.
