Batesville Masonic Lodge 668 Breakfast, Nov. 2, 6-10 a.m. Minimum donation: adults, $5; children 6-12, $3; under 6, free. Takeout orders: 934-3144.

First Saturday Hike, Nov. 2, 9 a.m., Versailles State Park swimming pool parking lot. Free with $5 vehicle entrance fee. Info: 812-689-7431.

Franciscan Spirituality: Francis and the Hero’s Journey will be presented Nov. 2, 9-11:30 a.m., Oldenburg Franciscan Center. Cost: $20. Info: 933-6437 or center@oldenburgosf.com.

The East Central High School Drama Department will present ”Murder in the Knife Room” Nov. 2, 7 p.m. and Nov. 3, 3 p.m., Performing Arts Center. Cost: adults, $7; students and senior citizens, $5; kids under 5, free.

Batesville Knights of Columbus will host a 1st Degree Initiation Nov. 3, 10:30 a.m. Candidates should register by 10 a.m. Info: Scot Harmeyer, 933-9046.

Beta Sigma Phi Theta Nu Chapter Holiday Bazaar, Nov. 3, 10 a.m.- 3 p.m., Batesville Primary School. Vendors, lunch and cookie walk. Free admission. Proceeds go to local charities and scholarships. Info: Lou Voegele, 934-3394 or Facebook: Theta Nu chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.

A Sons of the American Legion Stillboard Shoot is Nov. 3, 11 a.m., American Legion post. Info: 934-2228.

A ham and sauerkraut dinner will be held Nov. 3, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, Fink’s Road, Osgood. Freewill offering. Carryouts available. Sponsored by the Men’s Club.

A turkey dinner will be held Nov. 3, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., St. John’s Hall, Enochsburg. Cost: adults, $9; children, $4. Carryouts available. Raffles, mock turtle soup, sandwiches, pie. Carryouts available.
