The Professional Paranormal Investigation team will present a free program Oct. 26, 1 p.m., Batesville public library.

The Kiwanis Club of New Point Whistleberry Bean Soup Festival is Oct. 26, 4-7 p.m., New Point Community Center. Freewill offerings will benefit Riley Hospital for Children. Door prizes and “beango.”

A Columbus Day Breakfast will be held Oct. 27, 7-11 a.m., Batesville Knights of Columbus Hall. Freewill offering. Proceeds go to Post 271 Legion Baseball.

The Napoleon Fire Department breakfast is Oct. 27, 7 a.m.-1 p.m., firehouse. Freewill offering.

The New Alsace Conservation Club will host a sausage and pancake breakfast Oct. 27, 7:30 a.m.-noon, New Alsace American Legion. Cost: adults, $8; kids under 10, $4; children under 3, free.

A stillboard and trap shoot will be held Oct. 27, 11 a.m., Tri-Township Conservation Club, Oldenburg. Meet and money shoots.

A Friends of Versailles State Park Cliffside Bike Trail Hike is Oct. 27, 1 p.m., swimming pool parking lot. A pitch-in follows at 4 p.m. at the Oak Grove Shelter.
