Chili Dinner

The Batesville Community Education Foundation Tip-Off Chili Dinner is Jan. 11, 5-7:30 p.m., Batesville High School cafeteria. Freewill offerings will be used to support student programs and scholarships.

OFC Program

Stillboard/Trap Shoot

The St. Mary’s of the Rock annual trap and stillboard shot is Jan. 13, 11 a.m., Tri-Township Conservation Club, Oldenburg.  Prizes: meat and money.

Team Batesville

RAA Evening Series

Brothers Adam and Jarom Sidwell will share their experiences working on special effects and animation for numerous movies, including “Avatar,” “Tron” and “The Avengers,” during a free Rural Alliance for the Arts Evening Series program Jan. 17, 6:30-7:30 p.m., Batesville Middle School commons.
