Saturday, April 5

The Batesville High School Kiwanis Student Leadership Academy Kolor 4 Kiwanis is April 5, 8 a.m. registration, 9 a.m. race, Liberty Park. The cost is $15. Info and registration forms: http://bit.ly/1cT95ih.

The Brookville Kiwanis will have a freewill offering breakfast (with proceeds benefiting Riley Hospital for Children) April 5, 8:30 a.m. followed by an Easter egg hunt, 10 a.m., for ages 10 and under, Brookville Elementary School. Enter from back side of building. Bring Easter baskets.

April 8 is the first day voters may cast absentee ballots at the county courthouses. Stayin’ Alive, the Franklin County Local Coordinating Council of the Governor’s Commission for a Drug-Free Indiana, is accepting scholarship applications from high school graduating seniors who are county residents.
