Sunday, Oct. 6

Klemme’s Corner United Church of Christ, Brookville, Fall Festival is Oct. 6, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Fried chicken dinners, $10 for adults; silent auction, raffles, games, crafts, music, pumpkin patch hayride.

Monday, Oct. 7

Tail Waggin’ Tutor will be presented Oct. 7, 2 p.m., Greenburg–Decatur County Public Library. Info: 812-663-2826.

A blood drive will be held Oct. 7, 2-7 p.m., Southeastern Indiana YMCA on the American Red Cross bus.

The Daughters of Isabella All Saints Circle 1384 will meet Oct. 7, 7 p.m., Knights of Columbus. Wear a Halloween costume.

Oct. 7-14

Registration for Southeastern Indiana YMCA Fall II Session programs begins Oct. 7 for members and Oct. 10 for potential members. Programs begin Oct. 14. Info: www.siymca.org or 934-6006.

Tuesday, Oct. 8

On Oct. 8 for fall break, the Greenburg-Decatur County Public Library will host a family movie, 10:30 a.m.,and Minute to Win It! Fall Break Fun for Teens ingrades 6-12, 1 p.m.Info: 812-663-2826.

Ripley County Democrats will meet Oct. 8, Ed and Marge Hunter’s home, 1097 Delaware Road, Batesville. Soup dinner, 6 p.m. Bring dessert to share. Meeting, 7 p.m.

The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3183 will meet Oct. 8, 7 p.m.

A solo card party will be held Oct. 8, 7:30 p.m., Batesville Knights of St. John Hall.

Wednesday, Oct. 9

St. Louis Church is sponsoring a community blood drive Oct. 9, noon-5:30 p.m., Batesville Knights of Columbus hall. Come any time. No appointments taken. Info: Anita Brelage, 934-3095.

St. Anne’s Ladies Sodality card party, Oct. 9, 1-4:30 p.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church, Morris, lower hall.
