St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Crossroads, will have its annual chicken and beef dinner April 6, 4:30-7:30 p.m. Freewill offering. Carryouts: adults, $8; children 10 and under, $4.

Scholarships are based on financial need, academic achievement and the student’s written essay on the positive or negative impact that substance abuse has had on his or her life.
