The St. Louis School seventh-grade class Ash Wednesday fish fry is March 5, 4-7:30 p.m. Freewill offering. Carryouts available. Proceeds benefit the Class of 2015 eighth-grade trip.

The La Leche League of Sunman, a breast-feeding support group, will meet March 5, 5-6 p.m., Dr. Suzanne Martini’s office, 122 Nieman St., Sunman. Info: 812-654-2593.

Friends of the Batesville Memorial Public Library will meet March 5, 7 p.m.

The St. Louis Ladies Auxiliary No. 11 will meet March 5, 7 p.m., Batesville Knights of St. John hall. $11 dues will be collected. Info: Katy Hortemiller, 812-934-5267.

Adams Lutheran Church will hold Lenten services Wednesdays from March 5-April 9, 7 p.m.

Thursday, March 6

Batesville Primary School kindergarten registration is March 6, half-hour sessions between 8:15 a.m.-2:15 p.m. and 5-7:15 p.m., cafeteria and gym. A parent or guardian and entering kindergartner should attend and bring the child’s original birth certificate (no photocopies), current immunization records and completed registration papers.
