The Batesville Regional Fine Art Fair is March 7, 7-9 p.m.; March 8, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; and March 9, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., RomWeber Marketplace, 7 S. The Eastern Indiana Gem & Geological Society’s Gem, Mineral, Jewelry, Fossil Show and Sale is March 7-8, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; and March 9, 11 a.m.-4 p.m., Kuhlman Center, Wayne County 4-H Fairgrounds, 861 N. Salisbury Road, Richmond.

A youth turkey hunting seminar will be held March 8, 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Laughery Valley Fish and Game Club, Versailles. Registration begins at 8 a.m. This is a free program. Lunch provided. Door prizes. Info: Bob Hughes, 812-654-3724.

A Women’s Day: Women of Creativity will be presented March 8, 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Oldenburg Franciscan Center. Cost: $45 per person or two for $80. Info: 933-6437 or center@oldenburgosf.com.

The Oldenburg Academy Students in Sports Chicken Dinner is March 8, 4-7 p.m., Batesville Knights of Columbus hall. All-you-can eat for dine in only. Cost: adults, $10; ages 3-12, $6; whole chicken carryout, $10; carryout dinner (one time through line), $10.

The Hamburg Knights of St. John will have a pork chop supper March 8, 4:30-7:30 p.m., Hamburg hall. Cost: $10.

Free seminars and services offered to the public will also be considered for publication provided the events are held at nonbusiness locations (i.e., public parks and libraries).
