Interested students in grades 3-12 and their families may come to an

informational meeting about Destination Imagination, a creative

YMCA Registration

WWII Discussion Group

The World War II Discussion Group will meet Nov. 6, 10 a.m., Chateau of Batesville. Celebrities of the war will be discussed.

Library Happenings

The Greensburg-Decatur County Public Library will sponsor Make and Take it Tuesday in the Children’s Room. Info: 812-663-2826.

Scrapbooking

The Sassy Scrappers scrapbooking group for ladies 12 and older meets the first and third Tuesdays of each month, including Nov. 6, 6 p.m., Church on the Rock. Bring supplies. RSVP: 934-3154.

Knights of St. John

The Batesville Knights of St. John Commandery No. 243 will meet at the Knights home Nov. 6, 7:30 p.m.

Library Happenings

The Greensburg-Decatur County Public Library will sponsor Fun with Friends Afternoon Bridge, a Friends of the Library fundraiser, Nov. 7, 12:30 p.m. Info: 812-663-2826.

La Leche League

La Leche League of Sunman, a breast-feeding support group, will meet Nov. 7, 5-6 p.m., at Dr. Suzanne Martini’s office, Sunman. Expectant and breast-feeding moms welcome. Info: 812-654-2593.

Auxiliary Meeting

The Knights of St. John ladies auxiliary will meet at the Knights home Nov. 7, 7 p.m. Info: Katy Hortemiller, 934-5267.

Red Hat Deadline

The Red Hat Belles of Batesville will meet Nov. 14, 11:15 a.m., Cross County Plaza parking lot to carpool to High Point Orchard, Greensburg, for lunch at noon. A Christmas dessert and cookie exchange will also take place. Please bring recipes for the treats. Reservations due by Nov. 7: Eleen Weisenbach, 934-3484.
